The Bright Side of personality we project to others

This questionnaire provides a discerning insight into our normal personality displayed in everyday behaviour. The instrument is highly effective in predicting work place performance.
The Inside of personality which drives our decisions and actions

This questionnaire identifies the values and motives that are most important to us. Administered to several individuals, the cumulative result provides a measure of organisational culture.
The Dark Side of personality that we mask until pressure starts to overwhelm us

When combined, these three instruments provide a powerful and strategic assessment as a basis for performance coaching and career planning.

The Hogan Preferences Inventory and the Hogan Development Survey when used together, provide a flexible and robust framework for human resource planning, and assessment for selection and development purposes. For selection, the Hogan Development Survey has a unique value in assessing suitability for senior level appointments, or to positions of a critical and sensitive nature.

The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory can quickly identify organisational culture, and provide an insight into how values are propagated within the organisation.

Measure of performance – the Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory

The Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI) evaluates a person’s ability to solve problems and make business-related decisions, providing a prediction of real world performance using textual, graphic, and quantitative data. More specfically, the HBRI evaluates two kinds of problem solving: tactical and strategic reasoning, using basic business data presented in the form of textual, quantitative, and graphic items.

For selection purposes, Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory is an excellent accompaniment to the Hogan Preferences Inventory and the Hogan Development Survey, combining measures of performance and personality to ensure the most reliable prediction of occupational success.
